Chaperone Policy

If you require a chaperone for your appointment, please inform the receptionist when booking your appointment or let the GP/Nurse know at your appointment. 

The chaperone will usually be a member of the reception team and they will have completed Chaperone Training which will allow them to fulfil this role.
