We would strongly encourage ALL patients to download the NHS APP to book appointments and request medication online, this is the single most helpful thing that patients can do to support their NHS GP. It will save time for frontline reception so we can answer calls and deal with queries more quickly.

PLEASE BE AWARE, we are no longer accepting patients who live outside our Upminster catchment area. Letters are being sent out to out of area patients advising them of next steps.

PATIENTS- If you fail to attend 3 appointments (and do not cancel in advance), you will be asked to find another GP. Please remember to cancel appointments you no longer need. We lose over 100 appointments a month due to failed attendances.

PLEASE CALL AFTER 12PM FOR TEST RESULTS OR ROUTINE QUERIES AS PHONE LINES ARE VERY BUSY IN THE MORNING AND URGENT APPOINTMENT CALLS MUST BE PRIORITISED

Online Services 

GP online services give patients the option to book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and view their GP records, using their computer, tablet or smartphone rather than having to phone or visit their practice.  

We are now offering 100% of our GP Routine appointments online along with nurses, physician associates and clinical pharmacist appointments.

 Application for online access

**From 1st November 2023 you will start to see new information from your doctor/nurse/other clinician on your online account.  You can see this through the NHS App or another secure record access app.  This information will include notes from your appointment as well as test results and any letters about future appointments.  For more information please read the Access to Detail Coded Record Leaflet by clicking on the link below.  If you do not want access to your record, please email nelondonicb.contacthaiderian@nhs.net or call 01708 225 161.**
